How do I rent an item?

Browse the collection and select your piece. Choose your rental dates, add optional damage cover, and complete your booking online. Prefer to see the collection in person first? Book a showroom appointment on Leeson Street.

Can I cancel my rental?

Rentals can be cancelled up to 5 days before your booking date. To cancel, get in touch with us directly.

Do I need to clean my items before returning them?

Please don't attempt to clean your rental — doing so may result in a damage charge. Our specialists take care of all cleaning on return. If you're aware of a stain, let us know the source — it helps our team care for the piece and minimise any damage costs.

How long can I rent an item for?

Rentals are available for 4, 8, or 12 days. For longer periods, get in touch — we're happy to discuss availability and pricing.

How does damage cover work?

For €15, optional damage cover can be added at checkout. It covers the cost of repairable damage — missing buttons, broken zips, stain removal — up to €100 per rental. For damage in excess of €100, you will be liable for the cost of repairs or, where necessary, replacement.

What does damage cover not include?

Damage cover does not include theft or loss of an item, damage beyond repair, or repair costs in excess of €100. In these cases, you may be liable for the cost of repairs or the full RRP of the item.

Can I order an item for delivery?

What if my item doesn't fit?

If you're unsure about fit, we'd recommend booking a showroom appointment to try the piece before committing. Please note that rentals can be cancelled up to 5 days before your booking date, but we're unable to issue refunds or credit notes for fit — once booked, those dates are reserved for your rental.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing varies between brands. We aim to include specific sizing information in each product description, but if you have questions about a particular piece, feel free to get in touch. If you're unsure, we'd recommend booking a showroom appointment to try before you rent. If there's a specific piece you'd like to try, please contact us in advance to confirm it will be available on the day.

What if my item is not as expected?

Every piece is inspected before it leaves us to ensure it's in pristine condition. If something isn't right when your rental arrives, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to find a solution.

When will my rental be ready?

Your rental will be available to collect from our Leeson Street showroom on the first day of your booking, during opening hours. If you'd like to arrange collection at a different time, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How does the appointment charge work?

Showroom appointments are €15, redeemable in full against rental bookings made on the day. Appointment cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are fully refunded.

What if I damage or lose my rental?

If your rental is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers without damage cover may be liable for the cost of repairs or, in the case of loss, the full RRP of the item.

What if I'm late returning my item?

Please ensure your rental is returned by the date specified on your order. If you think you may be late, get in touch with us as soon as possible. Late returns may be charged at €30 per day to the card on file — late returns can affect the next customer's booking.
